How does the End Of Lease cleaning guarantee work?

We will ensure to clean your property to the full extent of your landlord’s requirements to ensure they are completely satisfied. Should the agent or landlord have any further issues, then we will return within 48 hours to re-clean any missed spots.

Do I need to be home during my home cleaning?

Not at all. Many clients provide a spare key or have a representative provide entry to allow us to clean your home, as the average minimum time spent is 2 – 3 hours for single storey 3 bedroom family home.

Is it safe to leave a member of your team alone in my home?

Of course. We are strictly professional and a small family team that is focused of quality customer service and completely respect and adhere to your privacy. We will not move or touch anything outside of our cleaning requirements and/or instructions, and discretion and confidentiality is guaranteed.

Can I choose a basic home cleaning package and then add extra services?

Absolutely. We offer a wide variety of services that are available at a low extra cost, which we’re happy to discuss and provide a customised quote.
